Aerial Bootcamp is perfect for any student wanting to work on their conditioning. This course will not be focused on learning new tricks - it will focus on building solid foundations in three areas. In each session, we will start with a high intensity, metabolic conditioning section to improve fitness and endurance levels. The next section will look at active flexibility - strengthening muscles in preparation for deeper back bends and perfect splits. The strength building circuit section will incorporate the aerial equipment. We will be working on aerial specific skills like inversions, shoulder strength, core stability and leg tension. This class is suitable for all levels from total beginner who has never participated in aerial circus to intermediate/advanced.
